Common use of Transfer for Landlord Clause in Contracts

Transfer for Landlord. In the event of a sale or conveyance by Landlord of the Property, the same shall operate to release Landlord from any future liability for any of the covenants or conditions, express or implied, herein contained in favor of Tenant, and in such event Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's successor in interest with respect thereto and agrees to attorn to such successor.

Transfer for Landlord. In the event of a sale or conveyance by Landlord of the Property, the same shall operate to release Landlord from any future liability for any of the covenants or conditions, express or implied, herein contained in favor of Tenant, as long as Successor Landlord (as herein defined) assumes in writing all of the obligations of Landlord under this Lease and in such event Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's ’s successor in interest (“Successor Landlord”) with respect thereto and agrees to attorn to such successorSuccessor Landlord.

In the event of a sale or conveyance by Landlord of the PropertyProperty AND ASSUMPTION OF THIS LEASE BY TRANSFEREE, the same shall operate to release Landlord from any future liability for any of the covenants or conditions, express or implied, herein contained in favor of Tenant, and in such event Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's successor in interest with respect thereto and agrees to attorn to such successor.
