Transfer Modalities. 1. The transfers mentioned in Articles 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be made without undue delay after the fulfillment of tax obligations and in any event within six months. Such transfers shall be made in the convertible currency agreed upon by the parties concerned, according to the exchange rate applicable to the quotations on the New York market two working days prior to the transfer request.
