Common use of Transfer of Approvals Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Approvals. Upon expiration or termination of the Agreement, Distributor shall to the extent permitted by applicable Law, promptly transfer or cause to be transferred to Cipher all Approvals relating to the Product that are in the name of Distributor, at Distributor’s cost (except in the case of any termination by Distributor under Sections 9.2(a) or 9.2(b), in which case Cipher shall bear such costs).
