Common use of Transfer of Building Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Building. If the Building is sold or otherwise transferred by LESSOR or any successor, LESSEE shall attorn to the purchaser or transferee and recognize it as the LESSOR under this LEASE, and, provided the purchaser assumes all obligations hereunder, the transferor shall have no further liability hereunder.
