Transfer of Client Relationships. (a) During the Coverage Period, Member hereby agrees to take all actions and do all such things as may be reasonably requested by the Firm from time to time to maintain for the Firm the business, goodwill, and business relationships with any of the Firm's Clients with whom Member worked during the term of Member's employment with the Firm.
