Transfer of Collateral Obligations and Permitted Investments. (a) The Collateral Agent (or the Securities Intermediary on its behalf) and the Document Custodian shall hold all Certificated Securities (whether Collateral Obligations or Permitted Investments) and Instruments delivered to it in physical form. All physical assets must be sent by trackable courier service (e.g. UPS or Federal Express).
