Common use of Transfer of Custodial Files Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Custodial Files. Upon the Custodian’s receipt of two (2) Business Days’ written or electronic notification from the Trustee, the Custodian shall release to such persons as the Trustee shall designate all or a portion of the Custodial Files relating to the Mortgage Loans subject to the Trust Receipt and Initial Certification or Final Trust Receipt, as applicable.
