Common use of Transfer of Debentures Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Debentures. The Debentures shall be freely transferable in accordance with the procedure for transfer of dematerialized securities under the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 and the rules made under the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 1996, the IRDAI Regulations, the bye-laws, rules and regulations of the relevant Depositories and depository participants and other Applicable Laws.
