Transfer of Definitive Notes. Any Holder of an Definitive Note may transfer such Note to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of Definitive Notes if the transfer complies with Section 2.6(c) (General Provisions Applicable to Transfers and Exchanges of the Notes).
