Common use of Transfer of Designation Rights Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Designation Rights. Subject to the reduction and termination provisions of Section 2.1(f), any Transfer by a Holder in accordance with Article IV hereof of all of its Equity Interests of the Company may include the transfer of such Holder’s relevant Director Designation Rights pursuant to Section 2.2(a) associated with the Equity Interests of the Company to be Transferred immediately prior to such Transfer.
