Transfer of electricity ownership. At the power delivery point, the electricity ownership shall be transferred from the Seller to the Buyer. At this point, the Buyer has the right to own, control and take responsibility for the amount of power received. The power is transmitted by the 3-phase alternating current 50Hz with the voltage level specified in Appendix A of this Agreement.
