Common use of Transfer of electricity ownership Clause in Contracts

Transfer of electricity ownership. At the electricity delivery point, the electricity ownership shall be transferred from the Seller to the Purchaser. At this point, the Purchaser shall have the right for ownership/control and take responsibility for the electric power received. The electric power shall be transmitted by three (3)-phase AC, fifty hertz frequency (50Hz) with the voltage as specified in Appendix C of this Agreement.
