Transfer of Employment and Service of Certain OpCo Service Providers. Pinnacle and OpCo will each use best efforts to cause the employment of or, with respect to individual independent contractors, the engagement of each OpCo Service Provider who is not employed by or, with respect to an individual independent contractor or Director, engaged by an OpCo Group member as of the date hereof to be transferred to an OpCo Group member prior to the Time of Distribution.
