Common use of Transfer of Equipment Notes Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Equipment Notes. Each Loan Participant hereby represents, warrants and agrees that it shall not transfer any interest in any Equipment Note unless and until the transferee agrees in writing (copies of which shall be provided by the Indenture Trustee to Owner) to make the representations contemplated to be made by a Loan Participant in this Agreement and to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the Indenture.
