Common use of Transfer of Equity Interests in Certain Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Equity Interests in Certain Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, the Parties may mutually agree to postpone the transfer of Sellers’ Equity Interests in those Transferred Entities as are mutually agreed upon by the Parties (“Delayed Closing Entities”) to a date following the Closing.
