Common use of Transfer of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates and Exchangeable Certificates Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates and Exchangeable Certificates. (a) Upon the presentation and surrender by any Certificateholder of its Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates in the appropriate combination as set forth in Exhibit U hereto, such Certificateholder shall hereunder transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey to the Trustee, all of such Certificateholder's right, title and interest in and to such Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates, including all payments of interest thereon received after the date of such presentation and surrender and until such Certificateholder informs the Trustee that it wishes to again hold its interest in the form of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates, as applicable.

Transfer of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates and Exchangeable Certificates. (a) Upon the presentation and surrender by any Certificateholder of its Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates in the appropriate combination as set forth in Exhibit U T hereto, such Certificateholder shall hereunder transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey to the Trustee, all of such Certificateholder's right, title and interest in and to such Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates, including all payments of interest thereon received after the date of such presentation and surrender and until such Certificateholder informs the Trustee that it wishes to again hold its interest in the form of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates, as applicable.

(a) Upon the presentation and surrender by any Certificateholder of its Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates in the appropriate combination Combination as set forth in Exhibit U P hereto, such Certificateholder shall hereunder transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey thereby transfer to the TrusteeSecurities Administrator, all of such Certificateholder's ’s right, title and interest in and to such Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates, including all payments of interest and principal thereon received after the date of such presentation and surrender and until such Certificateholder informs the Trustee Securities Administrator that it wishes to again hold its interest in the form of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates, as applicable.
