Transfer of Funds After All Payments Required by this Agreement are Made. After all of the transfers by the Escrow Agent for payment of the unpaid Basic Lease Payments and the Prepayment Price of the Refunded Certificates specified in Schedule C have been made, all remaining moneys and securities, together with any income and interest thereon, in the Escrow Deposit Trust Fund shall be transferred to the School Board; provided, however, that no such transfers (except transfers made in accordance with Section 2.5 hereof) shall be made until all unpaid Basic Lease Payments represented by, and the Prepayment Price of, the Refunded Certificates has been paid.
