Transfer of Funds Restrictions. The Company may restrict the number and frequency of transfers into and between Contract Options in certain circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances in which the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a reasonably designed restriction is required to prevent transfers that would disadvantage an Owner.
