Common use of Transfer of General Partner’s Interest Clause in Contracts

Transfer of General Partner’s Interest. Except as otherwise provided in Section 7.2, the General Partner may Transfer all or any part of its Units without the Consent of any other Partner. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, the General Partner may, from time to time, transfer its Units to one or more other persons.

In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, the General Partner may, from time to time, convert a portion of its Interest herein into one or more Limited Partner Interests, with all the rights specified in this Agreement for Limited Partners, and may transfer its Units that portion to one or more other persons.
