Common use of Transfer of GP Units Clause in Contracts

Transfer of GP Units. GP Units may be Transferred by a General Partner (i) to an Affiliate of such General Partner which has been admitted as a successor or additional General Partner pursuant to Section 12.1(a), or (ii) to a General Partner in an Exempt Transfer or a Semiannual Transfer.

Transfer of GP Units.
