Common use of Transfer of Investment Securities Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Investment Securities. Whenever any transfer is required by this Indenture to be made from any Fund or Account to any other Fund or Account, the Trustee may use Investment Securities, or allocable portions thereof, included in the Balance of the former to the extent necessary to make such transfer, but only to the extent such Investment Securities are permissible investments for the Fund or Account to which they are to be transferred. The amount of any such transfer of Investment Securities shall be the Value of Investment Securities determined with respect thereto as of the date of transfer.
