Common use of Transfer of Landlord’s Interest Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Landlord’s Interest. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all of its ownership interest, rights and obligations in the Building, Project or Lease, including the Security Deposit, and upon transfer Landlord shall be released from any further obligations hereunder, and Tenant agrees to look solely to the successor in interest of Landlord for the performance of such obligations and the return of any Security Deposit.

Transfer of Landlord’s Interest. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all of its ownership interest, rights and obligations hereunder and in the Building, Project or Lease, including the Security Depositand any other property referred to herein, and in such event and upon such transfer (any such transferee to have the benefit of, and be subject to, the rights and obligations of Landlord hereunder), Landlord shall be released from any further obligations hereunder, hereunder and Tenant agrees to look solely to the successor in such successor-in-interest of Landlord for the performance of such obligations and the return of any Security Depositobligations.

On such a transfer, Project or Lease, including the Security Deposit, and upon transfer Landlord shall automatically be released from any further obligations hereunderall liability accruing under this Lease, and Tenant agrees to shall look solely to the successor in interest of Landlord that transferee for the performance of such Landlord's obligations and under this Lease after the return date of any Security Deposittransfer, subject to Section 6.

Landlord shall have Tenant acknowledges that Xxxxxxxx has the right to transfer and assign, in whole assign all or in part, all any portion of its ownership interestrights, rights obligations and obligations interest in the BuildingPremises, Project the Property or Building and in this Lease, including and Xxxxxx agrees that in the Security Depositevent of any such transfer, and upon transfer Landlord shall automatically be released from any further obligations hereunderall liability under this Lease not accrued on or prior to the date of the transfer, and Tenant Xxxxxx agrees to look solely to the successor in interest of Landlord such transferee for the performance of Landlord’s obligations hereunder for events occurring after the date of transfer and to attorn to such obligations and the return of any Security Deposittransferee.

Transfer of Landlord’s Interest. Landlord shall have reserves the right to sell, assign or transfer this Lease upon the condition that in such event this Lease shall remain in full force and assigneffect, in whole subject to the performance by Landlord of all the terms, covenants and conditions on its part to be performed. Upon any such sale, assignment or in parttransfer, all of its ownership interestother than merely as security, rights and obligations in the Building, Project or Lease, including the Security Deposit, and upon transfer Landlord shall be released from any further obligations hereunder, and Tenant agrees to look solely to the successor assignee or transferee with respect to all matters in interest of connection with this Lease and Landlord for the performance of such obligations and the return of shall be completely released from any Security Depositfurther obligations.
