Transfer of Necessary Permits. From and after the date hereof through to the Closing Date and following the Closing the Company will use its commercially reasonable efforts to effect the transfer to Buyer of all of the Necessary Permits and all other permits, licenses, and leases which are associated with the Business as presently conducted, to the extent the same are by their terms transferable.
