TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS; ADMISSIONS OF PARTNERS. Section 8.1 Transfer by General Partner. The General Partner may not voluntarily withdraw or Transfer all or any portion of its General Partner Interest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the General Partner may pledge its General Partner Interest in furtherance of the Partnership's business (including without limitation, in connection with a loan agreement under which the Partnership is a borrower) without the consent of any Partner.
