Transfer of Permits and Gaming Licenses Upon Termination. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Manager shall cooperate in the transfer of any and all permits, licenses or similar authorizations issued by any governmental body (including, without limitation, the Nevada Gaming Authorities) relating to the operation or management of any or all of the Project to the new manager.
