Transfer of Pledged Partnership Units. A. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement but subject to Section 11.6 hereof, any or all of the Limited Partnership Interests pledged to the Company, as agent on behalf of the pledgees, pursuant to the Pledge Agreement may be transferred, without the consent of any other Partner, to any Person designated by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion in connection with the exercise by the Company of its rights and remedies under the Pledge Agreement. Any such transferee shall be admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner, subject to the provisions of Section 11.4 hereof.
