Common use of Transfer of Purchased Assets Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Purchased Assets. On the Closing Date, on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement and in consideration of the Purchase Price paid to Seller by Purchaser, Seller will sell, convey, transfer and assign to Purchaser, and Purchaser will purchase and acquire from Seller, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the Purchased Assets.
