Common use of Transfer of Purchased Assets Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Purchased Assets. On the terms, and subject to the conditions, set forth in this Agreement, the Sellers will sell, assign, transfer and deliver to Purchaser on the Closing Date, and the Purchaser will purchase and acquire from the Sellers, all of the Purchased Assets. The Sellers will retain the Excluded Assets.
