TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND DUTIES. 16.1. The Partner is entitled to transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement to another entity only after a prior written consent of the Project Promoter and Programme Operator. 16.2. The Partner is obliged to inform in writing the Project Promoter on the fact that there is a transfer of rights and obligations of the Agreement immediately after it becomes aware of the possibility of such occurrence or of the occurrence. 16.3. Based on the consent of the contractual parties, it is not possible to transfer Partner’s receivable for payment of the part of the Project Grant to a third party.
