Transfer of Rights and Obligations Under This Agreement. This Agreement and your rights and obligations pursuant to this Agreement may not be assigned, delegated, or otherwise Transferred to any Person without our written consent in our sole and absolute discretion. Any assignment, delegation, or other Transfer of this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations pursuant to this Agreement shall not release you from any of the provisions of this Agreement.
