Common use of Transfer of Security Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Security. If any security be given by Lessee to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Lessee, Lessor may transfer and/or deliver the security, as such, to the purchaser of the reversion, in the event that the reversion be sold, and thereupon Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon the assumption by such transferee of lessor's obligations under this Lease.

Transfer of Security. If any security be given by Lessee to secure the -------------------- faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Lessee, Lessor may transfer and/or deliver the security, as such, to the purchaser of the reversion, in the event that the reversion be sold, and thereupon Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon the assumption by such transferee of lessor's obligations under this Lease.

Transfer of Security. If Any security given by.Lessee at any security be given by Lessee time to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Lessee, Lessee may be transferred and/or delivered by Lessor may transfer and/or deliver only upon the security, same terms and conditions as suchset forth in this Lease, to the purchaser of the reversion, reversion in the event that the reversion be sold, and thereupon Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon the assumption by such transferee of lessor's obligations under this Lease.

Transfer of Security. If any security be given by Lessee to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Lessee, Lessor may transfer and/or shall either deliver the security, as such, to the purchaser of the reversionreversion or return it to Lessee, in the event that the reversion be sold, and thereupon Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon provided in the assumption by event the security is delivered to such transferee of lessor's purchaser, such purchaser agrees to assume in writing Lessor’s obligations under this Lease.

If Lessor may transfer or deliver any security be given by Lessee to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Lessee, Lessor may transfer and/or deliver the security, as such, lease to the purchaser of the reversion, successor of Lessor's interest in the event that the reversion be soldpremises, and thereupon Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon the assumption by such transferee of lessor's obligations under this Lease.

If Lessor may transfer or deliver any security be given by Lessee to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Lessee, Lessor may transfer and/or deliver the security, as such, to the purchaser or successor of the reversion, Lessor's interest in the event that the reversion be soldpremises, and thereupon Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon the assumption by such transferee of lessor's obligations under this Lease.

If any security be given by Lessee to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Lessee, Lessor may transfer and/or deliver the security, as such, to the purchaser purchase of the reversion, in the event that the reversion be sold, and thereupon Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon the assumption IN WRITING by such transferee of lessorLessor's obligations under this Lease.

If Lessor may transfer or deliver any security be given by Lessee to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Lessee, Lessor may transfer and/or deliver the security, as such, lease to the purchaser or successor of the reversion, Lessor’s interest in the event that the reversion be soldPremises, and thereupon Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon the assumption by such transferee of lessor's obligations under this Lease.

Transfer of Security. 30.1 If any security be is given by Lessee to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease Agreement on the part of Lessee, Lessor may transfer and/or or deliver the security, as such, to the purchaser of the reversion, reversion in the event that the reversion be sold, and thereupon then Lessor shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto, upon to the assumption by such transferee of lessor's obligations under this Leasesecurity.
