Common use of Transfer of Security Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Security. (a) The Chargee may at any time without the consent or concurrence of the Chargor transfer the benefit of this Charge to any person. In the event such assignment and/or transfer is to the detriment of the Chargor (whether financial or otherwise), the Chargee shall obtain a prior written consent from the Chargor.
