Transfer of Seller Shares. At the Closing, Sellers and the Company shall execute and deliver any documents of transfer or conveyance that Buyer shall reasonably request Sellers or the Company to execute to more effectively evidence the conveyance, sale, transfer and assignment of the Seller Shares to Buyer at the Closing.
