Common use of Transfer of Service Announcements Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Service Announcements. When an end-user customer transfers service from one Party to the other Party, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to the end-user will provide, upon request and if such service is provided to its own customers, a referral announcement on the original telephone number. This announcement will provide the new number of the customer and will remain in effect for the same time period this service is provided to GTE’s own end-users.

This announcement will provide the new number of the customer and will remain in effect for the same time period this service is provided to GTE’s own end-userscustomer.

This announcement will provide the new number of the customer customer, and will remain in effect be available for the same period of time period this service is provided to GTE’s as the Party provides such referral announcements for its own end-usersend user customers.
