Common use of Transfer of Service Announcements Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Service Announcements. When an end user customer transfers service from GTE to US Cellular, or from US Cellular to GTE, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to the end user will provide, upon request and if such service is provided to its own customers, a referral announcement on the original telephone number. This announcement will provide the new number of the customer.

Transfer of Service Announcements. When an end user customer transfers service from GTE to US CellularVanguard, or from US Cellular Vanguard to GTE, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to the end user will provide, upon request and if such service is provided to its own customers, a referral announcement on the original telephone number. This announcement will provide the new number of the customer.

When an end user customer transfers service from GTE to US CellularCentennial, or from US Cellular Centennial to GTE, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to the end user will provide, upon request and if such service is provided to its own customers, a referral announcement on the original telephone number. This announcement will provide the new number of the customer.

Transfer of Service Announcements. When an end user customer transfers service from GTE to US CellularPCS, or from US Cellular PCS to GTE, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to the end user will provide, upon request and if such service is provided to its own customers, a referral announcement on the original telephone number. This announcement will provide the new number of the customer, and will be available for the same period of time as the Party provides such referral announcements for its own end user customers.
