Transfer of Shares Subject to this Agreement. The provisions of this Section 4 shall apply to the heirs, legatees, estate, personal representatives, administrators, executors or successors in interest of the parties or any subsequent holder, as the case may be, and each of them shall hold such common shares subject to rights, obligations and restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
