Common use of TRANSFER OF SHARES TO SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER OF SHARES TO SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE. Notwithstanding any changes in the Trustee, the certificates for shares standing in the name of the Trustee may be endorsed and transferred by any successor Trustee or Trustees with the same effect as if endorsed and transferred by the Trustee who has ceased to act. The Trustee is authorized and empowered to cause any further transfer of said shares to be made which may be necessary through the occurrence of any change of persons holding the office of Trustee hereunder.
