TRANSFER OF SHARES TO SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES. Notwithstanding any changes in the identity of the Trustees, the certificates for the Shares or other securities standing in the name of the Trustees may be endorsed and transferred by any successor Trustee or Trustees with the same effect as if endorsed and transferred by the Trustee or Trustees who have ceased to act. The Trustees, acting jointly, are authorized and empowered to cause any further transfer of the Shares or other securities held a part of the corpus of this Trust that may be necessary because of any change of persons holding the office of Trustee.
