Common use of Transfer of Shares to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Shares to Trustee. All existing certificates or accounts representing Shares of the Company shall be surrendered to the Company's transfer agent and cancelled. New certificates shall be issued in the name of the Trustee. The new share certificates representing Shares shall state that they are issued pursuant to this Agreement. That fact shall also be noted by the transfer agent in the Company's stock transfer records in the entry of the Trustee's ownership of the shares.

Transfer of Shares to Trustee. All existing certificates or accounts representing Shares for shares of the Company delivered to the Trustee shall be surrendered by the Trustee to the Company's transfer agent Company and cancelledcanceled.
