Transfer of Sub-servicing to Company Following Repurchase of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan. In the event the Company is required by the applicable Trustee to repurchase any Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan under the terms of the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Company may elect to terminate the Special Sub-Servicer's right to sub-service any such Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan by providing at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the Special Sub-Servicer.
