Common use of Transfer of Subordinated Obligations Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Subordinated Obligations. Each Subordinated Lender agrees that it will not sell, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the Subordinated Obligations owed to it unless the Person to whom such sale, assignment, transfer or disposition is made shall acknowledge in writing (delivered to the Issuer and the Purchasers) that it shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement to the same extent as such Subordinated Lender, including the terms of this Section 2.5, as though it is a party hereto as of the date hereof.

Transfer of Subordinated Obligations.
