Common use of Transfer of Subordinated Obligations Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Subordinated Obligations. Each Subordinated Creditor agrees that it will not sell, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the Subordinated Obligations owed to it unless the Person to whom such sale, assignment, transfer or disposition is made (i) is a Subordinated Creditor hereunder or (ii) shall acknowledge in writing (delivered to the Agent) that it shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including the terms of this Section 2.06, as though named herein as a Subordinated Creditor.
