Common use of TRANSFER OF TENANTS Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER OF TENANTS. In the event the Premises are less than 1,500 square feet in area, Landlord reserves the right at its option and upon giving sixty (60) days' written notice in advance to Tenant, to transfer and remove Tenant from the Premises to any other available rooms and offices of substantially equal area in the Building. Landlord shall bear the expense of said removal.

TRANSFER OF TENANTS. In the event the Premises leased to Tenant are less than 1,500 2,000 square feet in area, Landlord reserves the right at its option option, and upon giving sixty not less than thirty (6030) days' days written notice in advance to Tenant, to transfer and remove Tenant from the Premises space herein specified to any other available rooms and offices space of substantially equal area and equivalent rental in the Building. Landlord shall bear the expense of said removalremoval and transfer as well as the expense of any renovations or alterations necessary to make the new space conform in arrangements and layout with the Premises covered by this Lease.

In the event the Premises rented to Tenant are less than 1,500 2000 square feet in area, Landlord reserves the right right, at its option and upon giving sixty thirty (6030) days' days written notice in advance to Tenant, to transfer and remove Tenant from the Premises to any other available rooms and offices of substantially equal size and area and equivalent rental in Building of which the BuildingPremises are a part. Landlord shall bear the expense of said removalremoval as well as the expense of any renovations or alterations necessary to make the new space substantially conform in layout and appointment with the original Premises.
