Common use of TRANSFER OF TENANTS Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER OF TENANTS. In the event the Premises are less than 1,500 square feet in area, Landlord reserves the right at its option and upon giving sixty (60) days' written notice in advance to Tenant, to transfer and remove Tenant from the Premises to any other available rooms and offices of substantially equal area in the Building. Landlord shall bear the expense of said removal.
