Common use of Transfer of the Owner Lessor’s Interest Clause in Contracts

Transfer of the Owner Lessor’s Interest. Other than as contemplated by the Operative Documents, each of the Owner Lessor and the Lessor Manager covenants that it will not assign, pledge, sell, lease, convey or otherwise transfer any of its then existing right, title or interest in and to the Owner Lessor's Interest, the Lessor Estate or the other Operative Documents. Nothing in this Section 8.4 shall limit the ability of the Lessor Manager or the Owner Participant to appoint a successor Lessor Manager pursuant to Section 9 of the LLC Agreement.

Nothing in this Section 8.4 6 shall limit the ability of the Lessor Manager Owner Trustee or the Owner Participant to appoint a successor Lessor Manager Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 9 9.1 and 9.6 of the LLC Trust Agreement.
