Common use of Transfer of the WeChat and Weibo Accounts Clause in Contracts

Transfer of the WeChat and Weibo Accounts. Within two (2) months after the Delivery Date, the Controlling Shareholder shall change the registration of the 36Kr WeChat official account (wow36kr) and 36kr Weibo account to register them under the name of the Company, and all the articles, material library, message history, and followers and other contents of the WeChat and Weibo accounts shall be transferred to the Company.
