Common use of Transfer of this Agreement by Us Clause in Contracts

Transfer of this Agreement by Us. 10.1.1 You acknowledge that We may: (a) assign some or all of Our rights under this Agreement to any person, at any time, without Your consent or providing You with prior notice; and (b) novate this Agreement to any other person by written notice to You either from Us, or the person to whom this Agreement will be novated. 10.1.2 Unless You consent otherwise, any novation must be on terms and conditions no less favourable to You than the terms and conditions of this Agreement in force immediately before that novation and You agree to cooperate with Our reasonable requests in connection with such novation.
