Transfer of Title for the Nominee Vehicles Not Pledged. With respect to each Nominee Vehicle that is not pledged to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Collateral Agency Agreement as of any date of determination, the Nominee hereby agrees on any such date to transfer title to any such Nominee Vehicle at the direction of HVF or the POA Revocation Party.
