TRANSFER OF TITLE OR INTEREST. (a) This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors, administrators, executors, and assigns. (b) In the event the entire operation or any part thereof is sold, leased, transferred, or taken over by sale, transfer, lease assignment, receivership, or bankruptcy proceeding, or another company, limited or otherwise, is set up to perform any of the functions previously performed by the Company covered herein, such operation shall continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the life thereof. (c) The Company shall give notice of the existence of this Agreement to any purchaser, transferee, lessee, or assignee of the operation covered by this Agreement or any part thereof. Such notice shall be in writing and a copy thereof shall be delivered to the Union. The Union shall also be informed of the nature of the transaction, not including financial details.
