TRANSFER OF TITLE OR INTEREST. The provisions of Section 35 of the Labour Relations Code are applicable to the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement. The Union shall be given notice in the event that the Employer disposes of the business covered by the bargaining unit.

TRANSFER OF TITLE OR INTEREST. The provisions of Section 35 of (a) Refer to the Labour Relations Code are applicable Section 35 in its entirety including any amending legislation pursuant to Section 35. (b) The Employer shall give notice of the bargaining unit existence of this Agreement to any purchaser, transferee, lessee, or assignee of the operation covered by this AgreementAgreement or any part thereof. The Union Such notice shall be given notice in writing and a copy thereof shall be delivered to the event that Union immediately after the Employer disposes closure of the business covered by the bargaining unitcontract of sale, lease or transfer.
