Transfer of Title, Possession and Control. Title to the Gas sold hereunder shall pass from Seller to Buyer upon delivery of said Gas to the Delivery Points as reflected in Appendix 1. As between the Parties hereto, Seller shall be deemed to be in control and possession of all Gas delivered hereunder and shall indemnify and hold Buyer harmless from any damage, injury or losses which occur prior to the delivery to Buyer at the Delivery Points; otherwise, Buyer shall be deemed to be in exclusive control and possession thereafter and shall indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any other injury, damage or losses.
