Transfer of Transferred Patents. After the Effective Date, APIL shall execute, or procure the execution of, such formal documents of sale and/or assignment as are required consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement to formally record the change of title to the Transferred Patents to Purchaser in a timely manner.
